Brokers have utilized RSS for an array of services from the initial setting up of their brokerage to updated Continuing Education courses. This array for brokers also includes such things as MREC audit preparation, company risk reduction checklist, monthly closing file compliance reviews, clarifying & creating agency/relationship policy, updating company procedures manual, in-depth contract & agency forms training, and professional standards guidance (arbitrations and ethics complaints).
Agents have numerous options to make their transactions smoother. Some of these options include an intrinsic multipoint pricing valuation model for listing appointments or buyer offers, contract to closing services (Transaction Coordinating), mentor training for new agents (with broker approval), showings and final walkthroughs, completing real estate forms for buyers, listings or offers (agency must be defined), and mobile notary services.
